Qutub Minar
The tallest brick minaret tower in the world is the Qutub Minar. The construction began in 1198 by the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, Qutab-ud- Aibak. Iltutmish, the successor completed the construction in 1215. The Qutub Minar symbolizes victory after defeating the last Hindu ruler of Delhi. The tower is 72.5 meters. It is recognized as a world heritage by UNESCO.

India Gate
India Gate was built as a memorial for the British Indian soldiers and female nurses who fought in the 1st World War. The Gate which is built with sandstone runs along the Rajpath and the structure is 42meters high. 150 meters from the India gate stands a beautiful canopy that once had the statue of King George V. The statue was removed after the Independence of India. And the canopy sits empty.

Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum
The museum was the residence of Indira Gandhi. Her assassination took place in the residence. Anyone interested in the political history of India will love this museum. The museum is well-maintained. And it has a large collection of paintings, newspapers, photographs, and personal belongings.
You can also walk to Gandhi Smriti, a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. It takes about 15 minutes to walk.

Akshardham Temple

Red Fort
